Customer can check if the parcel has been post out from the seller by referring on the 1688 account or from the wechat (direct communication). If you have not received any update in the system regarding waybill updates after 10 days, please notify the seller and clarify the problem. Customer need to take initiative to keep track for the delivery tracking status.

Customer has to bear for the additional costs if failure of delivery which courier may charge extra re-deliver or new correction for address.
